Return Policy

At Sarah’s Austin Avenue, customer satisfaction is important to us. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, you may request a return in accordance with the terms below.

Return Requirements

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition with all original tags attached.

  • You are allowed to try the item on for size, but the item may not be worn or used.

  • Returns can only be processed after the item has been physically received by our warehouse.

  • Return shipments must be sent within 30 days after the delivery date to be eligible for a return review.

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping expenses, including international shipping costs and any customs or import-related charges.

  • Ordering the same product in multiple sizes with the intention of keeping one and returning the others is not allowed.

Return Request Procedure

  • To initiate a return, please contact us by email at info@sarahsaustinavenue.com within 7 days after receiving your order.

  • If your return request is approved, we will provide the return shipping address of our supplier facility.

  • Return shipping must be arranged and paid for by the customer.

  • A tracked shipping method is required for all return shipments.

After shipping the return package, you must send us the following information by email:

  • The tracking number

  • The name of the shipping carrier

Without valid tracking information, we cannot confirm that the return has been received and therefore cannot process a refund or replacement.

Customs and Shipping Information

  • Please declare a low value when preparing the return shipment to avoid potential customs charges.

  • If a high declared value causes import duties or customs fees, the package may be delayed or refused.

  • If import taxes are required for the package to be received by our warehouse, no refund or replacement will be issued.

  • The customer is fully responsible for ensuring correct customs documentation.

  • Shipments that require the recipient to complete customs clearance may be rejected by the receiving facility.

Refunds

Once the returned item has been received and inspected at the return location, the refund will be processed within 14 days using the original payment method.

Liability and Order Information

  • Sarah’s Austin Avenue is not responsible for packages that are marked as delivered to the address provided by the customer.

  • Customers are responsible for entering the correct shipping address.

  • Any address correction requests must be submitted within 24 hours after placing the order.

  • Order cancellations are only possible within 24 hours after placement. After this period, the order enters the processing stage and can no longer be canceled.
